Use a measuring tape.

A. Chest

Measure around your chest at the fullest point of your bust, while inhaling, holding the tape firm and level.

B. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline just above your navel.

C. Hips

Measure around the fullest point of your hip area while standing.

D. Arm length

Measure from the top of your shoulder to your wrist.

E. Inseam

Measure from the crotch to the bottom of the pants.

perfect. very good.

we ordered trousers for my wife ..these were shocking. you must put leg length on ladies golf pants / trousers.

Probably a little on the small side for a Medium size vest. Everything else is awesome.

Excellent Vest (Gilet)

Impressed with my Lion gilet. I wear it with Galvin Green underlayers and midlayers and it fits snugly without impeding my swing. Even though it is rated for wind resistance rather than for warmth it has still been warm enough even in recent sub-zero temperatures.
