RETURNS | EXCHANGES | CLAIMS



We are now using a new platform to handle returns, exchanges, and claims. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return/Refund




Follow these steps to return an item for a refund:

1. Register your return at https://galvingreen.returnado.com. You’ll need your order number and the email address you used when making the purchase.

2. Follow the instructions on the website.

3. Return the item to us:
 

  • a. For European Union customers:
     
    • Print the return label that was received via email after completing step 2.
       
    • Use the original shipping bag (or other suitable packaging) and add the items you would like to return. Seal the bag.
       
    • Attach the return label to the package and submit the package to your chosen courier.
       
  • b. For non-European Union customers:
     
    • Print all documents that were received via e-mail after completing step 2.
    • These documents should be handed directly to the courier when dropping off the package. Use the original shipping bag (or other suitable packaging) and add the items you would like to return. Seal the bag.
    • Attach the return label to the package and submit the package to your chosen courier.

Please note that if a courier contacts you regarding a customs invoice, you can disregard the request. Galvin Green will take care of all administration and fees related to your return. All returns are free of charge for the customer (some exceptions apply.)

4. Once an item is returned to us, it can take up to 10 business days to process the return




Exchanges




Exchanges are only available if you would like a different size. Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to exchange orders for an item in a different colour, or a new item. 

To exchange your item for a different size, please follow steps 1-3 above.

Step 4. Once an item is returned to us, it can take up to 10 business days to ship your exchange item. Once your exchanged item has shipped, you will receive an email with the new order number and a shipping notification.




Claims




If your item is damaged or faulty, it may be eligible for repair or replacement as part of our warranty program. In order to initiate a claim, visit galvingreen.returnado.com

Please note all claims must be accompanied by a photo of the damaged area or the fault, along with a brief explanation. Your claim will be reviewed and you will be contacted with next steps.
