Use a measuring tape.

A. Chest

Measure around your chest at the fullest point of your bust, while inhaling, holding the tape firm and level.

B. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline just above your navel.

C. Hips

Measure around the fullest point of your hip area while standing.

D. Arm length

Measure from the top of your shoulder to your wrist.

E. Inseam

Measure from the crotch to the bottom of the pants.

Excellent mid layer but non-stanfatd sizing

Soft and comfortable mid layer and I I particularly like the minimalist approach to the company logo, which means the garment can be worn outside the golfing world.

Sizing is slightly frustrating though. With absolutely all my golfing and outdoor wear I'm a textbook Medium, but these mid layers are just a bit too neat to get five stars. Why have you done this? The description says 'size up for a looser fit'. Are you saying 'if you're normally a Medium then get a Large'? Why not just make the Medium a standard Medium in the first place?

I found the size shown in your size guide slightly misleading. Also the description of the model height etc for the size of garment he was wearing misleading.

I bought two large garments based on these measurements and the sweater was much tighter than I expected

The quality of the sweater was excellent.
