Holiday Shipping Deadlines

Place your orders on or before these dates to receive your gifts before December 24th.

Regular service

  • Europe: December 16th, 2025
  • North America: December 15th, 2025
  • Rest of World: December 15th, 2025

Express shipping:

  • Europe: December 18th, 2025
  • North America: December 17th, 2025
  • Rest of World: December 17th, 2025

1-3 day express shipping is available at checkout

 

SHIPPING DATE

Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday, from 07:00 to 14:00 CET. Orders are shipped from our own warehouse. Orders that arrive on Friday afternoons, weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the following business day.


TRACKING GOODS

When your order is shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email which will include a link to the carrier’s website where you can track your shipment.


APPROVAL OF GOODS DELIVERY

Customers are expected to inspect the parcel and packaging carefully before signing for the shipment. If you suspect that the parcel or its contents have been damaged, please request the courier or delivery person make a note of this. If you suspect the items have been damaged, you may decline the delivery. In such cases, please contact us at customersupport@galvingreen.com as soon as possible, so we can take appropriate action.
