The Ace Club FAQs

The Ace Club is Galvin Green’s loyalty program, offering customers the opportunity to earn points with every purchase. Points earned can then be redeemed for store vouchers.

The Ace Club offers 5% back on all purchases in the form of points, which can then be redeemed for store vouchers.

To view your rewards status, simply click the Ace Club button on the left hand side of our site, or click on the star icon on mobile. Sign up or log in with your customer account and shop to start earning!

Starting November 18th, 2022, you earn points with every purchase you make. However, you need to create an account to redeem your points, or to receive any bonuses. You will get 100 points just for signing up and 100 points on your birthday.

You get 5% back in points for every purchase you make. For example, if you buy something for $200, you will get 200 points, which can be redeemed for a $10 store voucher to be used on your next purchase.

Our loyalty program operates with USD as the base currency, so if you are shopping in a different currency, your points will be awarded according to your currency’s exchange rate with the USD. For example, if you make a purchase of 200 euros, and the USD/EUR exchange rate is 0.95, then your purchase will be the equivalent of 210USD, which will earn you 210 points. 

If you then use 200 points to purchase a $10 voucher, when redeemed while placing an order, this will be worth 9.50EUR. 

Please note that the currency exchange rates will fluctuate according to market rates.  

Points cannot be earned on shipping costs. Gift card purchases will not earn you points, but when you place an order and pay using a gift card, you will get points on the full value of the order.

In order to redeem your points, click the Ace Club button on the left-hand side of our site (on mobile it is a star icon) and follow the instructions. Your points can be used for store vouchers in the following quantities:

  • Redeem 200 points to get a $10 store voucher
  • Redeem 500 points to get a $25 store voucher
  • Redeem 1000 points to get a $50 store voucher
  • Redeem 2000 points to get a $100 store voucher
  • Redeem 5000 points to get a $250 store voucher

Please note that once you have redeemed your points for store vouchers, the process cannot be reversed, and it is your responsibility to save and keep your store voucher code safe until you are ready to use it. We recommend saving your points up until you are ready to make a purchase, and redeeming them for store vouchers right before you make your purchase. 

Store vouchers cannot be combined with promotional codes, gift cards, or discounts and will expire after six months. You cannot purchase gift cards using store vouchers. Store vouchers must be used in full, if not the remaining balance will be lost.

Your points will expire 24 months from the date of purchase.

Please note that the store vouchers can only be used on future purchases and cannot be applied to existing orders.
