IF YOU AREN'T COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCT, WE WILL GLADLY ACCEPT RETURNS.
Goods returned to us within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a refund. If you are located in the European Union, you also have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Our 30-day window exceeds this minimum.
Returned items must be unused and in new condition, including original packaging and hang tags. Please note that original shipping fees will not be refunded.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Members of The Ace Club loyalty program receive free return shipping as part of their membership benefits. Please note that membership must be active at the time of placing your order to qualify for this benefit. Membership is free to join.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
