Measure from the top of your shoulder to your wrist.

E. Inseam

Measure from the crotch to the bottom of the pants.

Nice shirt

I love the quality and the material of the shirt. It is light and the design is quite unique. I am now own a few of them and live it. I am between the L and XL. The XL is a little long and loose but the L is a little snug and look good for young guy with big chest.
