Made from a soft, stretchy, recycled polyester fabric, Delta is extremely breathable and quick dry. Rated with warming effect #2, this neck warmer offers excellent thermal insulation and can be worn underneath your jacket so it prevents cold air from reaching the neck, face, and torso.
