Constructed from recycled polyester with next-generation GORE-TEX ePE fabric, it is 100% waterproof, windproof, and highly breathable. The two-layer GORE-TEX design and lightweight mesh lining offer comfort and warmth without bulk, while the PFAS-free water repellent treatment repels rain and ensures protection in harsh conditions.

Designed for golfers, the Aston features shaped sleeves for unrestricted movement, adjustable cuffs, and an elastic drawstring at the hem for a personalised fit. Front and inner pockets provide convenient storage, and the repositioned side seams enhance comfort and reduce friction. Excellent jacket

Just wore this for three days at Bandon Dunes. Second day was so wet the greens were unplayable by the 10th tee. But my shoulders and arms stayed dry and warm. The only water that came in was over the top of the jacket, but that had nothing to do with the jacket and everything to do with how hard it was raining (and how windy it was). Would buy it again in a heartbeat.

The Protector

The construction quality is elite . The 5xl is more the size of other manufacturers (Polo/Bahama) of a 3xlt.

Cannot wait to use it for my upcoming 2026 Golf outings. Relying on all the information about Galvin Green dedication to the needs of their customers. I am disappointed that a 4xl or 5xl short sleeve is not available. Would need to move to Zero Restrictions for that type of rainwear.

Great golf jacket - fits perfectly with plenty of give for a full swing. Can also deal with all the weather that winter golf at Royal Portrush can throw at it. Highly recommended.
