RETURNS | EXCHANGES | CLAIMS
IF YOU AREN'T COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCT, WE WILL GLADLY ACCEPT RETURNS.
Goods returned to us within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a refund. If you are located in the European Union, you also have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason — our 30-day window exceeds this minimum.
Returned items must be unused and in new condition, including original packaging and hang tags. Please note that original shipping fees will not be refunded.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Members of The Ace Club loyalty program receive free return shipping as part of their membership benefits — please note that membership must be active at the time of placing your order to qualify for this benefit. Membership is free to join.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Follow these steps to exchange an item :
1. Start by registering your exchange below. You’ll need your order number and the email address you used when you made the purchase.
2. Follow the instructions on the website.
3. Return the item to us:
- Print the return label that was received via email after completing step 2.
- Use the original shipping bag (or other suitable packaging) and add the items you would like to return. Seal the bag or box.
- Print and attach the return label to the package and submit the package to your chosen courier.
Exchanges are only available if you would like a different size. Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to exchange orders for an item in a different colour, or a new item.

4. Once your item has shipped, and we've recieved it at our warehouse, you will receive an email with the new order number and a shipping notification.
To return your item for a refund, please follow steps 1-3 above.
4. Once an item is returned to us, it can take up to 10 business days to ship process your return.
If your item is damaged or faulty, it may be eligible for repair or replacement as part of our warranty program. In order to initiate a claim, use the link below.
Please note all claims must be accompanied by a photo of the damaged area or the fault, along with a brief explanation. Your claim will be reviewed and you will be contacted with next steps.
