Please note: Select express delivery at checkout to use the express shipping deadlines.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Express shipping with an estimated delivery time of 1–3 days is also available at checkout.

Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday, between 07:00 and 14:00 CET, and shipped from our own warehouse.

Orders placed on Friday afternoons, weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to follow your delivery.

Please inspect your parcel and its packaging carefully before accepting the delivery.

If you notice or suspect any damage, ask the courier to record it. You may also decline delivery if you believe the contents are damaged.

In either case, please contact our Customer Support as soon as possible so we can assist you.
