HOLIDAY RETURNS POLICY
We are extending our return policy for the Holiday season: for all orders placed on or after November 8th, 2022, you have until January 15th, 2023 to initiate your return (or within 30 days of delivery, whichever is greater). Happy Holidays!
IF YOU AREN'T COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCT, WE WILL GLADLY ACCEPT RETURNS.
Goods returned to us within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a refund. Please note shipping fees will not be refunded.
Returned items must be unused and in new condition; this also applies to the packaging and hang tags. If you have any questions about our items or your purchase, contact us by email (email@example.com) and we will do our best to help you.
WE'LL WALK YOU THROUGH ALL THE STEPS!
1. Every order comes with a return form and a return label.
2. Fill in the return form.
3. Apply the return label to your package and drop it off at the relevant access point. We cannot accept responsibility for returns sent back via any courier other than the one on the return label.
4. The refund will not include the cost of freight initially paid.
5. The returns must be shipped within 30 days from the day you received the goods. For returns from countries outside the EU, fill in the attached document (pro forma), following the instructions.
EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
If you wish to exchange your product for a different size, return the item(s) following the steps above and place a new order for the right size.
