How to measure

Measurements should be taken directly on the body.

Use a measuring tape.

A. Chest

Measure around your chest at the fullest point of your bust, while inhaling, holding the tape firm and level.

B. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline just above your navel.

C. Hips

Measure around the fullest point of your hip area while standing.

D. Arm length

Measure from the top of your shoulder to your wrist.

E. Inseam

Measure from the crotch to the bottom of the pants.

Jacket too small.

The main jacket zipper was a little troublesome getting fitted in the slot.

The jacket was also too small for me. I returned the jacket using the provided return labels.

I do love the jacket and will order the extra large size.

I've worn it once so far. I was at the driving range when a rain and wind storm hit. All 40 of us at the range stepped back from the hitting bays to get under cover. I put on my rain gear including my Alvin, Delta Blue, rain jacket and stepped back out on the hitting bay to continue my practice. I hit 112 golf balls over the next hour. The Alvin jacket offered exactly what I want and is exactly as advertised by Galvin Green. It is totally water proof and wind proof. It is light weight and breathable, thus it did not cause me to sweat. It does not restrict my golf swing in any way. The blue color stands out in a good way. I measure 45.5" around the circumference of my chest. The 2XL Alvin fit me perfectly. I am 72" tall and the 2XL Alvin came to the bottom of my hips.

Sizing too small for the Alvin

Have not worn it...the Small is too small...need a Medium but was purchased on sale so apparently no mediums left. Too bad...I have GG Rain-pants and a jacket (purchased at Bandon Dunes) which are both great...

I received the Alvin quickly and in good condition. I was impressed with the packaging. I do not anticipate returning, but could if I wanted to it would be easy. I have not worn it yet, but looking forward to rainy conditions.
