GORE‑TEX SHAKEDRY™ garments are super light, extremely breathable, and come with the GUARANTEED TO KEEP YOU DRY™ promise. The unique design with the persistent beading outer face prevents water absorption. Water simply beads up and runs right off the surface, just a couple of shakes remove almost all water.

Our INTERFACE-1™ hybrid range offers a mix of light protective shell layer garments, designed for ultimate comfort when playing golf. Soft, stretchy materials featuring extremely high breathability as well as windproof and water repellent properties.

-What is INSULA™?

Insula offers excellent thermal insulation properties.
Keeps the body warm and comfortable.

There are 3 comfort levels of Insula:

Features the lightest, softest technologies for maximum breathability and freedom of movement.

INSULA™ / Warming effect #2
Soft, stretchy comfort providing thermal insulation. Durable, breathable and easy care.

INSULA™ / Warming effect #3
Featuring body mapping systems and customized features that give the garment exceptional warming properties.

Ventil8 offers maximum breathability to keep the body dry and cool.
Extreme performance with UV factor 20+ protection.

WASH

Machine wash on a warm permanent press cycle (105°F/40°C) using a small amount of liquid detergent. Rinse twice, and minimize spinning to reduce creasing. Don’t use powder detergents, fabric softeners, stain removers, or bleach. Don’t wash with heavily soiled clothing.

DRY*

Line dry your garment, or tumble dry it on a warm, gentle cycle. Once it’s dry, tumble dry the garment for 20 minutes to reactivate the durable water repellent (DWR) treatment on the outer fabric. You can do this anytime you notice the water repellency needs a boost.

* Do not tumble dry GORE-TEX SHAKEDRY™ garments.


DRY CLEAN*

We recommend home laundering. But if professional dry cleaning is necessary, request that the cleaner use clear distilled hydrocarbon solvent (a bit of a mouthful, we know) for rinsing, and then spray DWR on the garment’s outer fabric before drying.

* Does not dry clean GORE-TEX SHAKEDRY™ garments.


IRON*

If you can’t tumble dry to reactivate the DWR, iron the dried garment on a gentle setting (warm, no steam) by placing a towel or cloth between the garment and the iron.


BLEACH

Chlorine-based bleaches could damage your product. So don’t use them anywhere on it.


WATER REPELLENT TREATMENT*

If water repellency can no longer be reactivated by washing and drying you’ll need to reapply a durable water repellent (DWR). Be sure to always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for reapplication—and don’t forget to activate it by following our instructions for tumble dry or ironing.

* Do not tumble dry GORE-TEX SHAKEDRY™ garments.

* Do not apply DWR treatment to GORE-TEX SHAKEDRY™ garments.

Order

Once an order is processed, it is very difficult to make changes to it, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct this before the order is sent. Please reply to the order confirmation email for a quicker handling of your request. the order has already left, you will of course be able to send it back and place a new order. Please follow the instructions on how to make a return.

Yes! Please reach out to our customer support and they will help you. They will help you put together our order and send you a secure link for payment.

An e-mail confirmation is sent automatically to the email address you give at checkout. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it within a few minutes. If you still didn't get it, please reach out to our customer support for further assistance.

Returns & Claims

We abide by the Swedish Consumer Agency’s regulations and guidelines for e-commerce. We apply the “purchase on approval” principle for 30 days. Returned items must be unused and in new condition

A return label and return form is included in the package, please email customersupport@galvingreen.com if you need copies. Fill in information about the product(s) you are returning. Specify the reason for the return. Pack the product(s) in the original box, close carefully and apply the label over the old address label. Leave the parcel at your nearest access point.

Note! Please ask for a receipt when you submit your parcel. Fill in the “proforma invoice” (only for shipments outside EU).  Please don't put this inside of the parcel, you are going to be requested to hand this in at your drop-off location.

Please place a new order for the exchange of size/colour. 

1) If you have purchased the item from galvingreen.com, please email customersupport@galvingreen.com to get a return label. Indicate what product you wish to claim and what the fault is. Pack the product carefully and apply the label. Leave the parcel at your nearest access point.

Note! Please ask for a receipt when you submit your parcel. Fill in the “proforma invoice” (only for shipments outside EU). Please don't put this inside of the parcel, you are going to be requested to hand this in at your drop-off location.

2) If you have purchased the item from one of retail partners, please contact them in the first instance. A receipt/proof of purchase must be provided with every claim

Returns are currently free.

Payment & Invoice

Why is there still a reservation in my account, I cancelled my order?

1) Make sure that you have chosen the correct country from where you are purchasing.

2) Double-check that you have filled in all details correctly in the checkout.

3) Try another web browser or try to clear your search history/cache/web cookies.

4) Contact your bank and check if your credit card is available for foreign purchases. If the problem persists it maybe be because you are using an old version of the web browser which is not safe nor compatible with modern websites. For a smoother checkout experience, please install a newer browser.

Delivery & Freight

We handle all orders from Monday through Friday, from 07:00 to 14:00 CET. The items are shipped immediately from our warehouse in Växjö, Sweden. Orders that arrive between Friday and Sunday or on public holidays will be processed on the following Monday, or on the next working day.

The same day your order is shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation by email, containing a link to the carrier’s website where you can track the delivery. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the tracking information within a few days.

Please check your orderd items immediately on delivery and let us know within 7 days in the unlikely event that something is missing or wrong.
