How to measure

Measurements should be taken directly on the body.

Use a measuring tape.


A. Chest

Measure around your chest at the fullest point of your bust, while inhaling, holding the tape firm and level.

B. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline just above your navel.

C. Hips

Measure around the fullest point of your hip area while standing.

D. Arm length

Measure from the top of your shoulder to your wrist.

E. Inseam

Measure from the crotch to the bottom of the pants.

Our INSULA™ warming effect #2 fabrics are developed for warm comfort in cold conditions. The soft, stretchy materials has excellent thermal insulation properties. Developed for maximum breathability and freedom of movement.

Be careful with the sizes

The last Insula full zip I bought was probably 3 years ago. The style of these jackets has changed with a much shorter / tighter fit so if you are looking for something similar to previous full zip Insula I'd suggest you go up a size . I bought a Large but will certainly buy an XL if buying again.
