Featuring PERTEX® Shield stretch technology, these 100% waterproof and windproof pants are extremely breathable. We’ve spared no expense on the details, which include adjustable leg width, elasticated drawstring waist, front pockets with fleece lining, and a split inseam for abrasion resistance. We’ve also added an extra abrasion-resistant fabric on the pant hem to ensure durability.
Galvin Green’s DRYVR™ golf rain gear collection is designed to keep you dry and comfortable while you play. Freedom of movement is tested on the golf course, to ensure each and every garment works with the motions of golf. Made from a 100% waterproof fabric that is stretchy and extremely breathable, this PERTEX® Shield Stretch Technology material is ISO-tested and features a PFC FREE water repellent treatment. These stretch golf rain pants are designed to fit over your regular golf pants or a base layer.

TECHNOLOGY: PERTEX® Shield 3-layer stretch

Pertex Shield stretch garments have a hydrophilic PU membrane, designed to attract and retain water molecules due to the membrane’s “water-loving” nature. This 3-layer fabric is softer and more stretchy, and creates a superior next-to-skin comfort with a ‘slide’n’glide’ effect to reduce friction with garments worn underneath, and guarantees 100% waterproofness. Pertex® fabrics are PFAS-free, making them a better choice for you to wear, use and rely on – year after year. 

A hydrophilic PU membrane due to its 'water-loving' properties, occasionally cause a slight puckering effect on the surface of the material, particularly on lighter-coloured garments, when exposed to heavy moisture. Please rest assured, this is not a fabric defect, and the material will return to its smooth texture once fully dry.

We recommend hanging your rain gear to dry after use.
Leaving it packed away while wet may cause the fabric to retain moisture, which can impact the garments freshness and long-term performance

  • Machine wash warm, with similar colours.
  • Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
  • Tumble dry medium heat, remove promptly.
  • Iron at medium temperature 150°/300F.
  • Do not dry clean.
  • Do not iron on print.
  • Keep away from fire.

Favorite.

Love the trim styling and fit, and they feel a little warmer than typical thin rain pants. Clearly a superior product. Looking forward to their maiden voyage to Ireland this Spring. I wish the front pockets sealed in some manner, and the logo on the back pockets was less prominent. Be careful to order a size up on waist if they fit over other trousers… there’s plenty of adjustment in the waist drawstring.

Great - as always!

Galvin Green stuff is always brilliant. I’ve used it for years. Never disappointed. The only reason to change is if you fancy a change of colour or style. You can always sell your old stuff to offset the cost. What’s not to like?

Comfortable, breathable, and totally waterproof

I grabbed these along with an Ames jacket prior to a trip to Bandon Dunes in January 2026. Experienced extreme wind and rain and these were perfect. Played through it, had a blast, scored well and was dry following the round. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
