Holiday returns policy.
We are extending our return policy for the Holiday season: for all purchases made between November 15th and December 23rd, you have until the 15th of January, 2022 to initiate your return (or within 30 days of ordering, whichever is greater). Happy Holidays!
We abide by the Swedish Consumer Agency’s regulations and guidelines for e-commerce. We apply the “purchase on approval” principle for 30 days.
Returned items must be unused and in new condition; this also applies to the packaging and hang tags. If you have any questions about our items or your purchase, contact us by email (email@example.com) and we will do our best to help you.

1. Every order comes with a return form and a return label.
2. Fill in the return form.
3. Apply the return label to your package and drop it off at the relevant access point. We cannot accept responsibility for returns sent back via any courier other than the one on the return label.
4. The refund will not include the cost of freight initially paid and a return fee, listed in the table below, will be deducted from the refund amount.
For returns from countries outside the EU, fill in the attached document (pro forma), following the instructions.
Exchange for a different size?
If you wish to exchange your product for a different size, return the item(s) following the steps above and place a new order for the right size.
