PGA Tour Winner Troy Merritt will compete in the 2017 Galvin Green range of premium outerwear, tops, bottoms and accessories.
Currently positioned within the top 60 in the FedEx Cup rankings, Merritt started his 2016-2017 season with two top-15 finishes. Since turning professional in 2008, the 31-year-old has notched wins on both the PGA Tour and Web.com Tour, along with winning the Final Stage of PGA Tour Q-School and claiming the $1 million season-long Kodak Challenge prize on the PGA Tour.
“As a global leader in golf apparel, Galvin Green’s premium outerwear offers the technology and performance I need,” says Merritt. “Whether it’s hot, cold, windy or raining, the brand’s proprietary layering system has me covered so I can focus on my game, not the weather.”
“With Troy’s experience on Tour, we know he will be an excellent brand ambassador and we expect him to be in the winner’s circle again soon,” says Andrew Creed, President of Galvin Green USA. “He’s started off this season strong and is poised for a successful 2017.”
Merritt will join fellow PGA Tour members Richy Werenski and Brett Drewitt in wearing 2017 products from the Swedish brand's pioneering Multi-Layer Concept.
