We deliver in the EU and the United States.



All prices are inclusive of VAT in the currency stated. The price that applies is the one stated on the day the customer places the order. Any shipping costs will be presented before you confirm the purchase. If you pay with an overseas payment card, the final price may be slightly different, depending on the current exchange rate, fluctuations or fees charged by your bank on the purchase in question. Please contact your bank for more detailed information.


If you pay by credit card, no extra charges will be added, irrespective of the size of your order. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD. Your payment will be processed by Nets, which guarantees fast and secure payment. (When you make payment the sum is reserved on your account; the actual transaction will not be completed until your order is shipped). Galvin Green AB never saves any information about your card. Only Nets has access to significant card information. Minors (i.e. people under the age of 18) are not allowed to make purchases.

Pay fast and secure using PayPal. You can choose to fund your payment from your PayPal balance or through a payment or credit card linked to your PayPal account. The recipient gets the money without seeing your credit card or bank account number.
Shop now – pay after delivery! When you pay via the Klarna invoice system, you can be sure of simple and secure shopping. You never need to disclose your card details, and you always pay after you have actually received your goods.

A notification fee of SEK 29 per purchase will be added. In the event of non-payment, a reminder fee will be charged, as well as penalty interest at a rate of 25.00%. On making a purchase, a credit check will be run and may result in the preparation of a credit statement. A copy of this credit statement will be sent to you by ordinary mail. Personal data are processed in accordance with the applicable legislation. Klarna processes personal data with a view to performing customer analysis, identification, credit checks and marketing. Civil registration numbers are used as customer numbers for the purposes of customer management.

We handle all orders from Monday through Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00 CET. The items are shipped immediately from our warehouse in Växjö, Sweden. Orders that arrive between Friday and Sunday or on public holidays will be processed on the following Monday, or on the next working day.


The same day your order is shipped, you will receive delivery confirmation by email, containing a link to the carrier’s website where you can track the delivery.


As a customer, you are requested to inspect the parcel/packaging carefully before signing for the shipment. If, for any reason, you suspect that the parcel has been damaged, or that the contents may have been damaged by any kind of external influence, please make a note of this in connection with accepting the parcel. If you consider that the items may have been damaged, you may also decline to take delivery for this reason. In such cases, make sure to contact us at support@galvingreen.com without delay.


We abide by the Swedish Consumer Agency’s regulations and guidelines for e-commerce. We apply the “purchase on approval” principle for 14 days. Returned items must be unused and in new condition; this also applies to the packaging. If you have any questions about your items or your purchase, contact us by email and we will do our best to help you.


In the event of returns:

  • Email the reason for the return, the order number and your contact details to us at: (support@galvingreen.com)
  • We will then send you a return label.
  • Send your returns to: Galvin Green AB, Sandvägen 7, 352 45 Växjö, Sweden.

For returns from countries outside the EU

  • Fill in the attached document (pro forma), following the instructions.
  • Returned items must be unused and in new condition; this also applies to the packaging.
  • The return costs for the different countries are listed in the table below.
